Hybrid Lash Extensions:
Hybrid lash extensions combine the best of both worlds by combining classic lashes and volume lashes. Volume Lash Extensions:

This technique involves attaching multiple synthetic lash extensions to each natural lash, resulting in a fuller and fluffier lash line. Volume lashes are perfect for clients who desire a more dramatic and noticeable lash enhancement. This look involves 4-8 lashes per natural lash.

This technique involves attaching 9-16 (sometimes more) synthetic lash extensions to each natural lash, resulting in an incredibly full and fluffy lash line. Mega volume lashes are perfect for special occasions or clients who want to add a red carpet-worthy touch to their beauty routine.

Did you know that to apply eyelash extensions in the state of Indiana, you must be certified through a state-recognized program? I offer one of those programs! As tempting as it is to attend an online certification course, this will not be sufficient enough in our state.

Helpful Tips:
1. Avoid Caffeine Up To Four Hours Before Your Appointment.
Many of us enjoy starting our mornings with a cup of coffee, but did you know that this habit can actually make your lash appointment less enjoyable? Caffeine and other stimulants can make our lashes flutter, making it harder for the technician to apply the extensions correctly. In addition, it can keep us from relaxing and enjoying the appointment, as we’ll be too focused on staying awake. So next time you’re booked in for lash extensions, make sure to skip the coffee beforehand and enjoy a relaxing cup afterward instead. Your lashes will thank you for it!
2. Arrive With a Clean Face and Clean Eyelashes.
In order to get the most out of your lash extension service, it is important to arrive with clean lashes. Residual oils and makeup will only prevent the adhesive from properly bonding, resulting in poor retention. Your lash stylist should not spend more than a few minutes cleansing and prepping your lashes. This means that less time is spent cleaning and more time is spent applying lash extensions, resulting in a fuller, more flattering look. It is also important to note that facial and brow makeup is perfectly acceptable to wear to your appointment; however, if you must wear eye makeup, it is best to book a morning appointment. This will ensure you have time after your appointment to apply your eye makeup.
3. Avoid Using Oil-Based Products On and Around the Eyes Prior to Your Appointment.
It’s important to avoid using oil-based products around your eyes before the appointment. Oil can cause the adhesive to break down, making it difficult for the lashes to stay in place. It will decrease your retention dramatically, which will result in you needing more frequent fills.
4. Dress Comfortably.
One of the biggest tips I can give you is to dress comfortably for your eyelash appointment. The lash room does remain cool for adhesive requirements. Keep in mind, based on the type of set you booked for, you’ll be spending at least an hour lying down, so it’s important to be comfortable. Comfortable clothing will help you relax and enjoy the time being pampered. The lash room can be chilly at times depending on the adhesive I’m using for your extensions, so dress warm in the Winter.
