Well, I’d be ecstatic to answer that for you! I strongly believe in the success of every individual that has the drive to pursue their passion, whatever that may be. I don’t see others in the industry as a threat, as I am confident in what I do, and every technician has their own “clientele” they serve. It’s like saying there should only be one 8th grade teacher for the entire county and expect all of those students to learn, connect with, and successfully teach every single student. (Weird example, I know) There isn’t one hairdresser, one nail tech, one tanning bed in a tanning salon etc. As business owners we should look at others in the same industry and be happy for each person’s success. Now, this is a touchy subject for me as I was on the receiving end of this type of situation, and it made it that much clearer to me what I need to do. I need to help build others up. Help them in their journey to success. And, I can say that I will be nothing but happy for my peers.
